No. We help prepare and submit business formation paperwork and launch services. For legal or tax questions, please consult a licensed attorney or CPA.

No. Government agencies make the final decision on every filing. We work to submit accurate, complete information, but approval and timing are not guaranteed.

State fees are set by the government and passed through at cost. We show them separately so you can see exactly what LaunchDesk charges for its services.

EIN applications require sensitive information. We never collect Social Security numbers in our ordinary forms. EIN intake happens through a separate secure process with a compliant provider.

Timelines depend on state and IRS processing. Your dashboard shows each stage: Payment Received, Information Required, Under Review, Submitted for Processing, Awaiting Government Response, and Completed.

Google Business Profile assistance is available to eligible businesses under Google's guidelines (for example, those that serve customers in person). Eligibility is determined by Google.
