Refund Policy

Government fees are passed through at cost and paid to the agency on your behalf. Once a filing has been submitted, government fees generally cannot be refunded by LaunchDesk, because the agency keeps them regardless of outcome. If we have not yet submitted your filing, any unspent government fee is refunded in full.

If you cancel before we begin preparing your documents, we will refund your LaunchDesk service fee and any unspent government fee in full.

Once we have started preparing your documents, but before submission, we may retain a portion of the service fee reflecting work completed. We will tell you the amount before processing your refund.

Once a filing has been submitted to the government with your authorization, the formation service fee is non-refundable, because the service has been performed. Government approval is not guaranteed, and a rejection or delay by the agency is not by itself grounds for a refund; we will work with you to correct and resubmit where possible.

If a filing is rejected because of an error made by LaunchDesk (not information you provided), we will correct and resubmit it at no additional service fee, or refund the service fee for that filing.

Design services (websites, logos, branding, business cards) are refundable before design work starts. After work starts, refunds are prorated for work completed. Printed items cannot be refunded once sent to print.

Monthly hosting and maintenance can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard and stop at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial-month refunds.

Contact us with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take 5–10 business days to post them.
